1. Cooperative Officer Grade II (10 Positions)

Job Responsibilities:

– Conducting inspections of Primary Cooperative Societies involved in joint venture projects.

– Promoting the establishment of Primary Cooperative Societies.

– Collecting and analyzing market data in the region.

– Providing advice on the operations of Primary Cooperative Societies.

– Coordinating and participating in Cooperative Education programs.

Applicant Requirements:

– A Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Cooperative studies from government-recognized institutions.

Salary Scale:

As per the Government’s salary scale, TGS D.

2. Assistant Computer Operator (1 Position)

Job Responsibilities:

– Maintaining daily activity records.

– Identifying and correcting data errors.

– Performing computer operations.

– Printing error reports.

– Developing application programs.

– Printing final reports.

– Working under the supervision of a Computer Operator Grade II.

Applicant Requirements:

– Completion of Form Four with a one-year certificate in Computer studies, including basic computer operations, operating systems, and application programs, or a Certified Computer Technician from a government-recognized institution.

Salary Scale:

As per the Government’s salary scale, TGS B.

3. Computer Operator II (1 Position)

Job Responsibilities:

– Handling complex computer and software tasks under the moderate supervision of Senior Computer Operators.

– Modifying work schedules in the computer room.

– Maintaining daily computer usage logs.

– Storing all entered data in the computer.

– Printing final reports.

Applicant Requirements:

– Diploma in Computer studies from a government-recognized institution.

Salary Scale:

As per the Government’s salary scale, TGS C.

4. Community Development Assistant II (1 Position)

Job Responsibilities:

– Assisting in designing and planning development projects in the community.

– Facilitating and providing training on development issues in the community.

– Participating in development activities.

– Providing education on self-employment opportunities in the community.

– Compiling and providing monthly reports on community development work to village leadership and the supervisor.

– Facilitating the formation of social and development groups.

– Identifying and enabling economically disadvantaged households to improve their livelihoods through available resources.

Applicant Requirements:

– Completion of Form Four with a Certificate in Community Development from recognized institutions in one of the following fields: Community Development, Sociology, Development Studies, Project Planning and Management, Gender and Development, or Rural Development.

Salary Scale:

As per the Government’s salary scale, TGS B.

5. Agro Engineer (2 Positions)

Job Responsibilities:

– Developing training programs for farmers on agricultural tools.

– Participating in farmer training and promoting the proper use of tools.

– Participating in the preparation of irrigation drawings/maps.

– Participating in the construction of irrigation projects.

– Collaborating with senior technicians to train farmers on irrigation scheme operations.

– Collecting data on irrigation projects.

– Coordinating and providing irrigation services to irrigation groups, including water usage.

– Organizing agricultural tool demonstrations and training.

– Monitoring animal traction training programs, tractor operators, and farmers in the use of animals and tractors.

– Training farmers on proper construction of animal shelters.

– Ensuring the quality of tools and advising importers and manufacturers accordingly.

Applicant Requirements:

– A Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering with a focus on irrigation or Agricultural Tools from a government-recognized university.

Salary Scale:

As per the Government’s salary scale, TGS E.

6. Land Technician Survey II (20 Positions)

Job Responsibilities:

– Planning and organizing survey equipment needs and general requirements.

– Conducting preliminary surveys and setting survey markers on the ground.

– Conducting surveys and collecting all survey-related information and data.

– Sketching survey drawings.

– Performing survey calculations.

Applicant Requirements:

– Completion of Form Four or Form Six with a two-year technical certificate in Land Surveying from government-recognized institutions.

Salary Scale:

As per the Government’s salary scale, TGS C.

7. Land Technician Mapping II (3 Positions) – Cartography

Job Responsibilities:

– Preparing scale drawings of city maps.

– Maintaining map and plan records.

– Drawing plans for land titles, surveys, farms, and villages.

– Providing copies of land title plans, surveys, farms, and villages.

Applicant Requirements:

– Completion of Form Four or Form Six with a two-year technical certificate in Cartography from government-recognized institutions.

8. Land Technician Mapping II (3 Positions) – Photogrammetry

Job Responsibilities:

– Matching aerial photos with maps and preparing a photo index.

– Maintaining aerial photo and photogrammetry map records.

– Maintaining map drawing records.

– Drawing maps at various scales.

Applicant Requirements:

– Completion of Form Four or Form Six with a two-year technical certificate in Photogrammetry from government-recognized institutions.

9. Land Technician Mapping II (1 Position) – Photolithography

Job Responsibilities:

– Preparing map printing materials such as books, brochures, etc.

– Producing copies of aerial photos at various scales.

– Preparing map photography and aerial photography arrangements.

– Printing maps.

Applicant Requirements:

– Completion of Form Four or Form Six with a two-year technical certificate in Printing (Photolithography) from government-recognized institutions.

10. Land Technician Valuation II (3 Positions)

Job Responsibilities:

– Gathering preliminary valuation information, such as building measurements.

– Calculating compensation for crops and belongings.

– Photographing buildings and affected parties.

– Preparing building drawings and performing preliminary calculations.

Applicant Requirements:

– Completion of Form Four or Form Six with a two-year technical certificate in Land Management and Valuation from government-recognized institutions.

Salary Scale:

As per the Government’s salary scale, TGS C.

11. Assistant Technician Civil (3 Positions)

Job Responsibilities:

– Construction of house walls, painting, and plumbing.

– Carving government housing materials, including furniture.

– Other assigned tasks based on skills, experience, and performance under the supervision of relevant authorities.

Applicant Requirements:

– Completion of Form Four with a one-year technical certificate in Construction studies from government-recognized institutions, with Mathematics and Physics as subjects.

Salary Scale:

As per the Government’s salary scale, TGS B.
