As a Partnership Associate at ShuleSoft, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic
partnerships with key organizations in the education and technology sectors. Your primary focus will be
to expand ShuleSoft’s market reach, drive business growth, and foster collaborative relationships with
partner organizations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop
and execute partnership strategies that align with ShuleSoft’s objectives.


1. Partnership Development: Identify potential partnership opportunities with educational
institutions, technology companies, government organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.

2. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential partners through
effective communication, networking, and relationship management. You can initiate and maintain
regular contact to explore partnership possibilities and talk about mutual benefits.
3. Partnership Negotiation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing,
and legal, to develop partnership proposals and negotiate terms and agreements. Ensure that
partnerships align with ShuleSoft’s strategic goals and add value to our customers.
4. Partner Enablement: Support partners in understanding ShuleSoft’s product offerings, value
proposition, and market positioning. Provide training, resources, and guidance to help partners
effectively promote and sell ShuleSoft’s school management software.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate partnership performance metrics, including
revenue generated, customer acquisition, and market penetration. Provide regular reports and
insights to internal stakeholders to assess the success and impact of partnerships.
6. Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute joint
marketing campaigns, events, and webinars with partners. Leverage partner networks and
channels to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.
7. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their
inquiries, concerns, and needs. Foster solid and long-term relationships with partners through
proactive communication, regular updates, and ongoing support.

8. Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor partnerships. Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to refine continuously ShuleSoft’s partnership strategies and maintain a competitive edge.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales roles, preferably within the software or technology industry.

• Strong understanding of partnership principles, strategies, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with potential partners.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership opportunities and measure performance metrics.

• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results.

• Familiarity with the education sector and knowledge of school management systems or educational technology is a plus.
