As a Partnership Associate at ShuleSoft, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic
partnerships with key organizations in the education and technology sectors. Your primary focus will be
to expand ShuleSoft’s market reach, drive business growth, and foster collaborative relationships with
partner organizations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales roles, preferably within the software or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of partnership principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with potential partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership opportunities and measure performance metrics.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
• Familiarity with the education sector and knowledge of school management systems or educational technology is a plus.
