1. Propaganda Clerk

Duty & responsibility

  • Develop and execute compelling promotional content, including advertising copy, brochures, posters, etc., to promote our products and services.
  • Contribute to brand positioning and image building, ensuring that the messaging aligns with our company values and goals.
  • Develop marketing plans and promotional strategies, monitoring their implementation and effectiveness.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting various events such as exhibitions, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and social media, to ensure consistency and maximize impact.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the field, with a solid understanding of marketing and brand-building principles.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into concise and understandable language.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong project management and teamwork abilities, capable of working under deadlines and in high-pressure environments.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate unique creative ideas and promotional campaigns.


Portfolio Requirements

  • Examples of promotional copy and advertising slogans, demonstrating your writing skills.
  • Design samples such as posters, brochures, logos, or other relevant materials to highlight your creativity and design abilities.

2. Dormitory Administrator

Duty & responsibility

  • Manage the worker dormitory, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the dormitory area.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, including utilities, furniture, and equipment.
  • Provide necessary support and guidance to the residents, resolving accommodation issues and emergencies.
  •  Monitor and enforce dormitory regulations, ensuring compliance by the residents.
  • Maintain dormitory records and reports, including resident check-ins and check-outs.
  • Maintain close communication with company management and relevant departments to provide a conducive living environment for the workers.

Requirement

  • Relevant work experience, preferably in dormitory management or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively address worker issues and emergencies.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software.
  • Strong team player with the ability to establish good working relationships with company management, colleagues, and workers.
  • Sense of responsibility and patience in handling personal issues and needs of the workers.
  • Flexible availability for work hours, including night shifts and weekends.

3. SELLER

Duty & responsibility

  • Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales


Requirement

  • Required to have minimum of bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • More than 2 years of related building materials sales experience
  • Ability to drive a car(driver licence)
  • Be proficient in standard office software such as Word and Excel
  • Be good at communication, management, and problem-solving


4. HR&ADMINISTRATION CLERK

Duty & responsibility

  • Recruitment, management and resignation of local employees
  • Assisting the manager in dealing with local government departments
  • Applying for and obtaining company certificates and licenses
  • Additional office jobs.


Requirement

  • Required to have minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • More than 2 years of related experience is required
  • Ability to drive a car
  • Be proficient in standard office software such as Word and Excel
  • Be good at communication, management, and problem-solving
